Thomas interviewed PCWC Chief Executive Officer Christine Achre and one of the center’s moms about what will happen to social service agencies as the economy slows down.

Ms. Achre was quoted as saying, “We have been facing serious issues with homelessness before the economic downturn and the economy just magnified the issue.”
