Job Description
Provide overall clinical direction and support to the clinical teams in addition to direct clinical services of enrolled clients.
Job Duties
- Provide clinical services to enrolled clients including both adults and children
- Provide documentation of clinical services in client records
- Complete treatment plans on all clients enrolled in he/she care
- Complete documentation for Medicaid and insurance billing
- Provide clinical supervision/training to other case managers, interns and clinicians
- Coordinate schedule and work with the agency psychiatrist in scheduling psychiatric and follow-up appointments
- Complete annual training plan for organization and ensure clinicians and other staff have access to a full array of training support
- Work with Chief Program Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Executive Officer to determine clinical strategies, best practices, and any relevant evaluation methods
- Work with Lawndale Christian Health Center and other health clinics to ensure integrated care is provided to all Primo Center clients
- Other clinical support as designated by the CEO to ensure optimal quality and effectiveness of clinical programs.
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with independent license (LCSW, LCPC, PhD, PsyD, MD)
- Experience working with the behavioral health needs of homeless families
- Strong commitment to the issues facing homeless families
- Experience coordinating service provision to clients
- Demonstrated experience in program management and ability to multi-task several high-priority projects at a time
- Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Sound organizational skills including computer literacy
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
